Time

If your talents, skills or interests are not reflected in this list, let the Foundation know how you would like to contribute your expertise. There are many terrific ideas for developing the park that have not yet been articulated or thought of. Physical limitations are not a barrier. Plenty of tasks require only brain & finger power. Remember, one person with a fat rolodex and a phone can provide priceless support to CMBP.

Special Projects

• Portrait Wall Supervisor – arrange work days for volunteer artists to paint portraits on the building; help plan expansion of project
• Planning Committee Members for a CMBP Wine Tasting fund raiser
• Man CMBP info booth at one or more local dog related events thoughout the year
• Internet research for various maintenance supplies and projects

Continuing Tasks

• Fill poop bag dispensers (need commitment, EX: specific day each week, first Monday of the month, 15th of every month, etc)
• Wash down the entry, between gates & the tile area (need commitment, EX: specific day each week, first Monday of the month, 15th of every month, etc)
• Clean the chairs on both sides of park
• Monitors for the irrigation system – will be trained on the system by Rain Bird rep and by Foundation on the reporting system tracking changing water needs as the turf restoration plan is implemented
• Phone Callers – make follow-up calls to confirm volunteer assignments for various event(s)

One-Time Tasks

• Event Coordinators
• Set-up/Clean-up/During Bath’Stille Day & Vendor Fair
• Set-up/Clean-up/During Howl-I-Days Boutique
• Raffle Prize Coordinator – collect and/or direct others to collect prizes for the raffles at each of three fund raising events (one person for the year or one person for each event)
• Head Cashier – collect/count money from the various CMBP booths at fund raising events (one person for the year or one person for each event)
• Traffic Coordinator – to direct traffic during major fund raising activities (one person for the year or one person for each event)
